Our friends at PROOF Whisky were kind enough to share their favourite holiday cocktail recipes for this season. Proof Whisky was named ‘One Of The Best Canadian Whiskies In The World’, yes the world…so put your faith in these guys – and then put it in a glass, and drink up the deliciousness.

Proof whisky’s flavour notes of orange marmalade, holiday spices, caramel and vanilla make it the perfect spirit for holiday cocktails….SO with that, we share with you….
The Pear Tree by Proof Whisky
1 1⁄2 oz proof whisky • 5 oz Ceres pear juice • 1⁄2 oz rosemary simple syrup* • 1⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice • fresh rosemary & pear slice for garnish
Place all ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with fresh rosemary for rosemary version or cinnamon stick for spiced version.
*rosemary simple syrup combine equal parts sugar and boiling water. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into a jar or bottle with a lid and drop in a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
