Ca. 1900 Cast as Silenus holding a circular rim supporting candle sticks. The original for this was excavated at Pompeii on the 20th of August, 1864. It has been suggested that Silenus was originally holding up a gilt-glass bowl of which only two fragments were found. This figure is signed “Caldwell”.
