We are located at 11 East 5th Ave. (at Ontario St. next to Purebread) in Vancouver, B.C. & online at www.renewgallery.com
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 11 am – 4 pm, by appointment.
How do I purchase your items online?
You can place your order via email at email@example.com. If you purchase the item online from our website, we will also receive a notification. We will contact you to proceed with the order. If the items you have chosen to purchase are not flagged for sale on our website, or if please be in touch and we will process your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 604.872.3131
How can I find out what the shipping cost will be on an item?
If you are unable to determine shipping cost kindly email or phone and we will determine the rate for you.
I am a decorator/design professional, is there an industry discount?
If you are a design professional, then we encourage you to reach out to us, and join our design industry contact list by providing your information below. As an industry partner you’ll enjoy a 20% discount on all of our non-sale items. In addition, you will be a party to new product previews and exclusive trade customer events. We have a customer service team dedicated to supporting you, your clients, and future projects.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipping has been arranged and paid for, you will be given an estimated time of arrival – as certain items will take more lead time than others to carefully prepare and pack for shipping. Please share all necessary deadlines with us at your time of purchase to ensure an efficient arrival.
Will I receive a written receipt?
After your item is purchased, or a deposit has been made – you will receive an email invoice. If you require a separate printed invoice, please request as such and one will be included in your shipment.
How can I find out about items before they become available on the web site?
We try our best to keep our online store up to date with our stock, but staying tuned to our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and make sure you sign up for our newsletter.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in the packing and preparation of your items that are to be shipped. Unfortunately due to the nature of worldwide shipping, items can on occasion arrive damaged.
If your items happen to have been damaged along the way please do the following:
-Save all packaging.
-Take pictures of your items in packaging, and out of packaging.
-Contact us immediately, so we can assist you in filing a claim.
